Entering the recovery phase in the business world, we can no longer rely solely on traditional methods (professional marketing) to seek business opportunities. A new mindset—entrepreneurial marketing—is needed, especially as market conditions have changed significantly compared to the pre-pandemic period. Therefore, on Wednesday, 19 January 2022, a Knowledge Sharing Program was held to explore in greater depth how competitive situations have shifted after the pandemic and what methods are needed to increase opportunities.
The theme of the session was Business Revival Toward The Endemic & Digital Marketing, presented by Mr. Hendra Octopi and Ms. Febriani from the Marketing team. Six participants joined the session, consisting of members of the Marketing and Sales teams. After the presentation, each participant was asked to create an idea or practical proposal that could help improve their work related to the topics discussed.
The knowledge-sharing agenda is expected to broaden participants’ insights and information, providing them with inspiration to continue seeking greater opportunities in the marketing field at PT Chitose Internasional Tbk. In addition, holding regular knowledge-sharing activities helps build a sustainable learning culture and community.
