PT International Chitose offering price of IPO (IPO) in the range of Rp320-Rp350 per share by issuing 300 million new shares, or 30 percent of the paid-up capital.
President of the International Chitose Dedie Suherlan in Jakarta, Thursday (5/6) said that the proceeds from the initial public offering of shares will be used for the purchase of land in order to build a new factory of about 25 percent.
Moreover, he added, the IPO funds will also be used for the construction of new plants as well as warehouses and operational offices the company by 10 percent, 20 percent for the purchase of machinery and equipment new plant, 30 percent to strengthen the penetration of the market by segmenting retail through development Flagship Shop.
“The remaining 15 percent will be used for working capital, purchase of raw materials, modernization and rehabilitation of production facilities is accompanied by the development,” he said as quoted by Antara.
